I have a pre-production environement but i have an error : ATOS executable request not found bin/requestSo i can't do test in pre-production. Thank you for your quick answer. PrestaHeroes USA Posted June 22, 2017 Share Posted June 22, 2017 if you could reproduce then you could 'disable 3rd party modules and overrides' to see if problem goes away. Often times these issues are not native related but related to a 3rd party party module. if you have loaded a 3rd party module that executes during cart process you may want to search for any issue with that module. but if you cannot replicate then it's nearly impossible to sort in forum. you should consider posting in job section of forum to have someone debug for you.
