Characteristics field on Header

Hello everyone, it's my first post in the forum although I've been reading and learning from you a long time.

 

I need to do something but I'm not sure how to make it, so if anyone help me, I would be eternally grateful.

 

What I want to do:

 

• I want to create several text fields within the configuration of each product for when I create one, fill myself something. I think this would be similar if not equal to the characteristics field.
   
• I want that text to appear in the header or footer. I think this would be done with hooks although I'm not sure either.

 

How would you pose it?
