Cumulatve specific prices

I want to set specific rules in shop:

 

Product A for retail client price is 199 tax incl (161 tax excl)

 

For wholesale clients group price is 135 tax excl.

 

Also, I want to add discount 4zl on each item when wholesale client buy 5 products or more.

 

When wholesale client buys less than 5 items there is 135 price, but when client orders 5 items or more price will drop to 131zl.

 

I cant set both rules at once, shop only drop price to 135 zł or give 4zł discount on 5 items or more.

Is there a solution for this? Maybe a module?
