The module doesn't fit your needs but it works as described on the module sheet, so it's not a reason for a refund. As said in the TOS of Prestashop Addons ( https://addons.prestashop.com/pdf/terms/170518_CGV_CUSTOMER_ADDONS_EN.pdf ) :
