artisanquarters Posted June 10, 2017 Share Posted June 10, 2017 Hi, I wanted to start a fresh on my online shop but retain my existing customers, I exported the customers to a .csv, I then cleared all orders/customers from the site using the Prestashop Cleaner module, this worked fine, however upon trying to import my customers I am getting the attached error. RogueWaveLimited Posted June 10, 2017 Share Posted June 10, 2017 I'm guessing that the id's exist somewhere (the cleaner didn't work completely). If you are proficient with phpmyadmin you can pick one of the id's and search all tables for it. Then you'll know what didn't get cleaned up. Another method is make a copy of your data file.
