Blackhawk 3.2 question that no one will answer

This question has been asked 3 times recently in the Blackhawk thread but with no answers.

 

The 2 sales boxes on the frontpage to the right of the slider have been disabled or uninstalled on my theme by a previous site manager. Does anyone know how to get those back?

 

Second, we are a danish company and many of the built theme texts are english. For example, the entire process of creating a new customer happens in english This is not good. Is it possible to change this somewhere? I have looked at the modules I think it should be I cannot find what I am looking for.
