Help with PrestaShop 1.7

So i got PrestaShop intalled, figured out how to link PayPal, add products, but i can't figure out how to change things like the background color, remove links that they had on the template, and basically any kind of design.  I was watching the tutorial on how to edit pages, but that was for ver. 1.6 and the editor is not in the same location at all....  Is there a free WYSIWYG editor for PrestaShop?  Can someone please help me with figuring out how to edit the "look" of my page?  I really wanna get rid of all the fashion crap that was there by default.
