scenttracks Posted June 2, 2017 Share Posted June 2, 2017 Hi All! This is a new fresh install and upgrade. I used ideahosts one click install and 1.6.0.14 was installed and working. I followed the prestashop instructions to update to 7.1.1 using the one click upgrade module. I downloaded the one click module to my desktop, went to prestashop admin and clicked the Modules link, that took me to the page where you upload the zip file, I clicked and selected the zip file from my desktop but when I clicked to upload the file I got a 500 error. Now when I click the Modules link in prestashop admin I get a 500 error. I can't even get to the page where you upload the zip file. I'm clueless on what I need to do and ideahosts support is useless! Any Ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
