Supprimer bloc dans historique de commandes client

Bonjour à tous !

J'ai tenté en vain de trouver la solution par moi-même, sans succès,

Je fais donc appel à votre bon cœur !

J'ai remarqué dans l'espace client, via l'historique de commandes, un bloc que je souhaiterais supprimer.

Date Shop Poids Frais d'expédition Numéro de suivi

25/10/2016 My carrier - 2,00€ -

10/05/2017 Livraison en France Métropole - 0,00€

Je vois surtout une ligne "my carrier" avec des frais d'expédition à 2€ et je n'ai aucune idée d'où elle sort.

J'ai tenté de modifier order-detail.tpl, en vain.

Quand au thème utilisé, visiblement il a été renommé et comme j'arrive en cours de route, je n'en ai aucune idée. Si ça peut aider, j'ai cette preview

dans order-detail.tpl , il devrait y avoir une simple ligne pour le transporteur :
