How do I setup 2 computers to run PS and Apache

How do I setup 2 computers to run PS and Apache.

 

I know its maybe not strictly a PS problem.

 

But I have 2 computers running Windows 10, both are connected to the same router.

 

One computer runs an old version of PS, with no problems.

 

The other computer is setup as localhost using PS1.7

 

Apart from setting up to change from localhost to my new domain name.

 

What do I need do to run both computers at the same time with Apache and PS.

 

Do i just need to add a virtual host to httpd.conf on the hew machine.
