Prestashop Debug wont disappear!

Hello,

 

I purchased the Jakiro theme for Prestashop and their tech support team enabled Prestashop Debug mode and now i cant disable it!  I already followed the steps to disable it but still, it doesnt work.

 

• open file: config/defines.inc.php  (using FTP or hosting control panel)
• change false-->true:

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);

 

I changed true to false in a couple of places in the file but i still see debug mode data.  My website is on a staging server:  http://s201892771.onlinehome.us/ArandiaDesigns/index.php  

 

Can anyone recommend another fix?  The support team at Jakiro doesnt know what they did and hence, cant fix it.
