Problème installation FACEBOOK CONNECT

Bonjour,

Je viens d'acheter le module officiel FACEBOOK CONNECT.

Je l'ai mis dans MODULES par FTP

J'ai changé les attributs en 777

Après cela je suis allé sur le backup. Je retrouve bien mon module en attente d'installation.

Par contre lors de la tentative d'installation il me sort un message d'erreur :

File does not exist or no permissions (/modules/blockuserinfo/blockuserinfo.tpl)


En lisant le fichier LISEZ MOI, ils parlent de problèmes d'installation, si le fichier blockuserinfo/blockuserinfo.tpl a été modifié.

Comment savoir ? et que faire ?

J'ai installé un thème. Est-ce lui qui plante Facebook connect ?

1. Extract zip file
2. Copy directory 'Facebookconnect' with FTP client in your site's directory
3. READ INSTALLATION NOTES BELOW!!
4. Goto AdminBackend > Modules.
5. Click INSTALL where you see 'Presta Facebook Connect' in the 'by Endpulse' section.
6. Thats IT! Check Install Notes below once more if you encounter any problems with the
installation procedure.

[1] Please check file permissions (AND their directories) (SHOULD BE:777) BEFORE install for the following files
AND
Verify that they do not include ANY modifications from the original Prestashop installation (if theese file are modified, installation may not work):
(a) [sITEDIR]/MODULES/blockuserinfo/blockuserinfo.tpl

[2a] Go to http://www.facebook.com/developers/createapp.php to create your application.

[2b] Be sure to edit the 'Connect' tab with the following information:
(a) Callback URL (e.g "http://www.example.com")
( Base domain (e.g.:For "http://www.example.com" => Base domain is "example.com")

[2c] Be sure to edit the 'Advanced' tab with the following information:
(a) Email domain (e.g.:For "http://www.example.com" => Base domain is "www.example.com")

[3] Update configuration of the module in AdminBackend > Modules > Facebook Connect with the aquired API KEY and API SECRET
from your Facebook Application created at point [2]

[4] For deactivating the module and reverting any modifications, click UNINSTALL in AdminBackend > Modules.



[Additional configuration options]

[1] The Configuration option in AdminBackend allows you to enable or disable the following features:

(a) "Error handling" is set to ON the module will display an error every time something goes wrong with the login process;

( "Information prompt" if set to ON , the module will display a confirmation
dialog which allows the user to accept or decline the right of the website to store some of their
personal information (Facebook Terms restrict storing user data without permission);

© "Instant Sign-ON" if set to ON performs an instant login and logout without refreshing the webpage, wherever the customer
is in the website;

(d) "MyAccount position" allows you to override the position of the MyAccount block if it is not being well autodetected
when Instant SIGN-ON is active;

(e) "MyAccount column" allows you to select the column where the MyAccount block will render (left / right)
when Instant SIGN-ON is active;

Peut être pourriez vous demander au créateur du module de vous aider ?

C'est un site anglais et je ne suis pas très fort dans cette langue.

Le problème c'est de svoir ce qui a pu être changé dans ce fichier .tpl !

J'ai même testé de le changer avec un fichier "d'origine"

Rien à faire.

Je ne suis quand même pas le seul à avoir acheté ce module. Je l'ai acheté en plus sur le site officiel de Prestashop.

Peut être devrais-je mettre une copie de mon fichier ici, afin que quelqu'un d'expérimenté m'aide ?

Comment savoir ? et que faire ?

Normalement vous devriez savoir si vous avez modifié ce fichier ou si il est modifié par votre thème.

Dans le premier cas, vous pouvez comparer le fichier d'origine avec celui dans le répertoire Modules de votre hébergement.

Pour le second cas allez dans votre thème et regardez si il existe un répertoire pour ce module dans le répertoire Modules de votre thème.

En effet dans mon thème j'ai un répertoire Blockuserinfo avec un fichier blockuserinfo.tpl
Pour moi novice dans ce domaine, il est vide ou presque.
Voici ce qu'on y trouve.

Je n'ai rien changé dedans

Dans l'autre fichier non plus d'ailleurs, rien de changé. J'en serai bien incapable.

J'ai réussi !!!! Il me fallait une bonne douche pour réfléchir tranquillement sous l'eau !

Je me suis connecté par FTP

J'ai tout d'abord mis un tiret sur mon répertoire BLOKUSERINFO afin de le rendre inactif ( et ne pas le perdre en cas de souci)

Rechargé un répertoire Blocuserinfo "neuf" que j'ai pris sur un Prestashop vierge sur mon Pc.

J'ai Chmodé ce nouveau fichier 777 + coché "Récursion dans les sous répertoires".

Il ne me restait plus qu'à cliquer sur l'installation dans le backup !

Pour finir, j'ai remis l'ancien répertoire Blockuserinfo en service en enlevant le tiret et jeté l'autre !

Et tout marche
