How to remove ''required'' email from fast payment page

Help me friends, I want to remove  ''required'' email from fast payment page sorry for my english.

 

 If guest need to buy item - but no need to register. I want to remove required for old ppl and thos who not got emails to enter. Please help me . THANKS

That's not possible, you need an email address in order to be able to complete an order, no way around it. The system needs to associate an email to any customer, even a guest, so that the order can be confirmed (it's also good for the customer, who wouldn't have any way to know if the purchase was successful otherwise)
