andrasin Posted April 29, 2017 Share Posted April 29, 2017 Hi, I installed prestashop on locahost, everything works fine. Now I moved it to production server, where I need to change database password. So I changed file /app/config/parameters.php and uploaded to server. But nothing changed. If I change database user to developer from root, prestashop still gives me this error: Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES) So this ignores my changes in file parameters.php.
