The truth is that it is a very strange procedure.
 
I think the normal thing would be to have the option in the user panel to be able to change the email, as happens in all forums, but the Prestashop forum is not normal....

I agree with you, this is not normal. I hope that this will be modified in the future.

I understood what you mean. The fact is I can't modify the system by myself (otherwise I would have done it before). This is why, unfortunately, we have to deal with it for now.
