tkang88 Posted April 19, 2017 Share Posted April 19, 2017 I having an old version of presta 1.6.0.9, it fail to upgrade with 1-click upgrade tool for 1.6.1.x. Hence, i roll back everything to 1.6.0.9. Currently my store having several bug such as unable to add new product and unable to upload new image to store, also the 1-click upgrade no longer function. So, i decide to rebuild everything in 1.7.1.0 but i facing some problem and would like to seek for advise. 1) Is that any way to migrate all my product from 1.6.0.9 database to 1.7.1.0? Including those product image? 2) How to migrate customer password from 1.6.0.9 database to 1.7.1.0 new site? i manage to migrate customer detail by SQL query but unable to migrate the password. 3) Is there any user manual for migrating 1.6 to 1.7? Some of your errors should disappear. Currently my 1-click upgrade is not working. I had try to uninstall the module and install again for the module, it still not functioning. You mean build another shop and move the database from old database to new database, right? How about those photo? I'm not too sure about the backup everything that you mention.
