HTTP 200 - parsererror - Warning: set_time_limit

Hi there, 

I having troubles installing prestashop 1.7.

 

In the last step I get the error:

I have enabled php 7, I tried to change the time_limit in the file refresh.php as following:

 

        set_time_limit(3600);

 

But there it doesn´t work either, anyone can have a look please?
