Hi Pay Payment don't confirm the order after payment - Someone is able to solve this problem ?

After the payment completed he redirect and we get this message.

 

Please, wait while the order is being confirmed...

 

And then we have 0 order confirmed in back office, becouse seems he cannot comunicate to Prestashop that the order is payed and complete.

 

With the old HiPay module it was working.

What's your Prestashop version? Did you check with Hipay is URL Token is ok?
