flea777 Posted April 3, 2017 Share Posted April 3, 2017 Hello everybody,I'm relatively new in Prestashop and I'm having an appearently silly issue.The most of my products can be shipped both in Italy and internationally, while others can be shipped in Italy only.I set up zones, countries, carriers and products to get that goal.After that, I registered a user with a non-Italian address and logged in with such user.If I add to the cart a product VALID for international shipping, I can complete the order without problems.If I add to the cart a product NOT VALID for international shipping, I get a message saying there aren't available carriers for my shipping, and that's ok.The issue appears when I add a product of each kind. In that situation, Prestashop computes the shipping costs as a sum of values (not clear how) and allows me to complete the order, creating two different orders.How can I avoid such situation?Thanks in advance,Manuel Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
