sennevb Posted April 1, 2017 Share Posted April 1, 2017 Hi,I'm using prestashop 1.7 (latest version) , when i change an existing product and press save, it doesnt save the changes.I tried different browsers, even with incognito mode, this doesnt resolve the issue..Any help? sennevb Posted April 2, 2017 Author Share Posted April 2, 2017 Seems that it doesnt save changes for products where i put html in product description, using source code button in editor.I can inject directly into database with the code, but when i try to edit later using the BO it doesnt work.. There was iframe in description and changes haven't been saving. Solved by enabling iframe in product description in Presta setting. I think my problem come from the meta description.... 255 caracters on 160 .. I try to erase and save but nothing... I modified all table with meta description, I increased caracters but it's not working... I imported from Shopify to Prestashop with Cart2Cart ... All imported products are impossible to modify... I'm sooooooooooooo blocked ... I can't deliver the website to my customer... so frustrating....
