How to manage 75 Order Managers

My current set up has thousands of orders monthly and requires 75 people to manage the orders. How can I do this with Prestashop with out each order manager working on the same one another order manager is working on?

Hi, can you please describe flow of existing order filler's process within your back office?

 

do they just pick an order and fill it?  I think to assign person would not be solution.

 

My feeling, after speaking with razaro is 'on click signal' i.e. new button/status 'order being fulfilled' , the orders page would show change in status and order.  Note we also felt having a tiime out, i.e. clicked to fullfill but not completed,  that would be notification on order.

I haven't used Prestashop in years but it looks like Prestashop has statuses now as of 1.6 release version. (Saw that from the module razaro posted).
