Unable to change currency Symbol etc in Prestashop 1.7 (ZAR to R)

Hi. 

 

I set my shop's default currency to South African Rand - ISO code ZAR and Symbol R. 

 

In the front end of my shop the prices are displayed with the ISO code in front and not the currency symbol. ZAR instead of R. 

 

I rread all the previous threads on the forum but the steps they advise to take in order to edit the currency is not available in my Prestashop 1.7 install. 

 

Please the the screen shots attached. 

 

Can anyone help?
