intandem Posted March 14, 2017 Share Posted March 14, 2017 (edited) Hi! My client has a shoe shop and sells products with different size attributes. It has happened on a couple of occasions that a customer was able to place an order for a shoe size that is actually out of stock, even though the shop's overall setting is to disallow out of stock orders and the shoe type itself it set to default for out of stock orders. The order itself comes through with an Available Quantity of "-1" ... see attached screenshot. Does anybody have any idea how this can happen? And even better, how to fix this? Cavvy Posted July 10, 2019 Share Posted July 10, 2019 Same problem here. It's still not fixed? I had this issue with simple product. Client made his basket 3 weeks ago as a guest, and ordered today.
