Managing stock levels of product pack/combinations of product

Hi!

I am looking for module which can help me in given situation.

 

Right now we have 1 product with given combinations:
- <skis without bindings> (1 item available)
- <set: skis+bindings> (0 items available)

And onesolo product  without combination:
- <bindings> (1 item available)

So, our real stock level is: (it is important that our stock levels are synchronised with our ERP software every hour)
• 1 skis
• 1 bindings

We need a module which shows stock level: "1" on product combination <set: skis+bindings> when both needed components <skis without bindings> and <bindings> are availible.
When the stock level on one of the components will be (f ex. <bindings>)==0, our set (<set: skis+bindings>) will be unavailable (stock level: 0)
