Image Path wrong direction

Hi there i jsut instal a full clean prestashop 1.7

 

I just configure the store, change url friendly, and update a product. THe product image gives me this. 

http://puntohobby.cl/27-home_default/saint-seiya-daizenshuu-leo-aiolia.jpg 404 (Not Found)

 

instead of the Path of the image, shows me the NAME OF THE MINIATURE o CONFIG that is using, someone knows how to fix it ? becouse in the back office.when i see the product list i got this.

so the image is indeed on the correct folder but the path of the "front office" and product image in the front are wrong, any idea ?

The first image link works fine for me. Have you fixed the issue now?

hello xzelot may i know how you solve this issue ? because i'm getting this error as well. deleting htaccess do not work for me

Moi j'ai résolu en entrant sur plesk dans configuration apache/nginx sur lee domaine de mon site ett en cochant Mode proxy , Traiter intuitivement les fichiers statiques  et Traiter les fichiers statiques directement avec Nginx 

avant j'avais des liens d'image type nomdesite/2030-home_default/carte-prepaye-orange.jpg avec erreeur 404 maintenant ca marche
