Email variables are not interpreted/replaced

Hello everybody,

 

Severals people are concerned by this problem, but I can't solve my problem,

 

When a confirmation orders as sended, the customer receive this message :

 

Commande : QEHMARKTL passée le {date}

Paiement : {payment} 

 

 

Some variables are successfuly interpreted, but not all,

 

I try with default theme, default 'order_conf.html file' and lastest update of Prestashop, same result,

 

Can you help me ?
