one order not showing in dashboard

Hi,

 

prestashop 1.6.1.5, custom theme

 

I have a bit of a strange problem with one of my orders, it is not showing in the dashboard stats. The order had been paid for, and does show as payment accepted in the orders list.

 

I have noticed that it looks as if no invoice has been generated for this order, as the invoice icon on the order line is missing, and when I look in the ps_orders table I see that there is no invoice number in the "invoice_number" field.

 

I am not sure if the two issues are related, but does anyone know how to rectify this? can I regenerate an invoice for this order?

Hi All,

 

Recently we got another one of these, a customer ordered some products, but no invoice was generated, the amount spent  was not added to the dashboard stats. Does anyone have a solution for this? 1.6.1.5

Check the error logfile when setting the order to the status where invoice is created. Or enable DEV mode in you settings in definces.inc.php and do the same (create invoice state). Report the errors you get.
