Root categories not shown to select - PS 1.7

Hello world,

I created three root categories to use them in multistore and when I want to add subcategories I only see the original root category, this happens even in products, the only visible root category is the first one. And all of them has position 1 and I can't reorder them.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

I just manually deleted the last created categories  from database and re-created new ones and now is working.
