Login back office - employee not found

After hours searching for a solution in diverse fora I decided to open a new Thread.
I want to install Prestashop offline on my PC for taking a first look on this program so i can consider to use it.

Actually I set up EasyPHP with Prestashop and MyPHPadmin. So far so good.
As I want to log in into the back office it threw back an Error: 
     There is 1 error

1. The Employee does not exist, or the password provided is incorrect.

In some threads I read that you need to check up the ps_employee table in myPHPadmin if there is an entry...
There is an admin entry with "[email protected]" and pw "*some hexadecimal sh**". I changed the password into smth more easy to type. 
As I tried to log in again with the data in the ps_employee table but its still throwing the same Error.

I already tried to restart the servers for the case that the entry wasnt properly updated....no success..

I would be very thankful if someone can help me to solve the issue. TY in advance!
