Problems in a new installation

i had to move from pswebshop into my website but i'm having some problems, that i hope you'll be able to solve:

 

1) Manager SQL: when i try to add a query, clicking "save", prestashop moves me into my websites homepage and doesn't save query. (if i use: HAVING COUNT(DISTINCT a.id_product) into formula).

2) in backoffice, when i select a main voice into left menu (example to "settings") the submenus appears with some space from the main column, so i cannot reach them with the mouse because leaving main column the submenu frame disappear.

If i move mouse on left menu without clicking ... advanced settings (example).. the frame is close to left column and i can reach the voices..

 

3) in pswebshop i had ebay addon perfectly working for my shop. now the addon tells me that in invalid for italian shops so i cannot use it (and tells me that previous version worked for italy). where can i find previous versions?
