install PrestaShop v1.7.0.4 got an error

Hi, I am new here, and this is my first time to install PrestaShop. But I got an error when installing PrestaShop v1.7.0.4.

 

PHP message: PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Class 'Tools' not found in /home/wwwroot/prestashop/config/config.inc.php:52

 

I searched in the forum, but not resolved.

 

I have checked, the file 'prestashop/classes/Tools.php' exists.

 

operating system: centos 7

 

PrestaShop v1.7.0.4

 

Can someone help me? Thanks very much.

 

PS: it is ok on win10
