rocky Posted February 11, 2017 Share Posted February 11, 2017 Did you enable "Share customers", "Share available quantities to sell" or "Share orders"? If you did, you can't disable multistore. You have shared entries that cannot be separated. rocky Posted February 12, 2017 Share Posted February 12, 2017 You would have had to have logged in to phpMyAdmin and then used the Export tab to download a backup of all your database tables. If you didn't do that in the past, and your host hasn't kept it's own backups you can use, then you've got no way to restore your website from before you switch to multistore. You'll have to start over with a new PrestaShop installation and then create CSV files with your old data and use the CSV import tool to import them.
