cctvshop105 Posted February 9, 2017 Share Posted February 9, 2017 I bought the extra product tab pro module 2 days ago. On the website it stated that it is compatible with version 1.6. After I downloaded it the module I received was completely different that what is advertised on the website. I received a module called "tv extra product tabs" It looks nothing like what I ordered and when installing it states that this module is not supported by prestashop? I tried to contact support twice, but they just do not reply. I want to get a refund, but not sure how if I can't get in contact with them. Does anyone have any advice?
