Stop adding additional shipping cost if there is more than 5 same items in cart

I was looking for solution but I couldn't find it. Sooo... This is kind a tricky but I will provide You to fake examples.

 

Example 1:

I have product which have 5$ for shipping cost if it bought on it's own, but I would love to have add only 1$ for every extra item bought with, so ie. If someone wants to bur 4 products, the shipping cost will be 8$ (5+1+1+1)

 

Is it possible?

 

Example 2:

I have product which shipping cost per item is 10$ so ie. I want to buy 4 of them I will be paying 40$ for shiping but ... If I will buy 5 or 6 or more the shipping cost will be still 40$. Just stop to add shipping cost if there is more than X of the same item.

 

Any idea how to achieve something like this?
