MY prestashop cloud disappeared before migration "During this time, there will be no disruption to y

Question

My prestashop cloud http://degustamenorca.com has disappeared today. Prestashop says"During this time, there will be no disruption to your store (even after February 1st)"

 

My shop is offline now. I opened a ticket 21 days ago and i have no answer. What can i do now? I ve benn working a lot of months in my shop

It was not a good idea to work all migration of the world on the same day ....

 

 

in my case it also expired SSL certificate on 03/02/17 and i cannot renew

We have all the team support team who's working on it for few months. We're currently doing our best to do these migrations.

IV CONTACT the team support, BUT SAID ME THAT THE SSL ITS NO RENEW!

and its no good!!

I migrated myself because my SSL has caducate too. NOw i can keep selling meanwhile prestashop is doing a new migration. THe shop I migrated it s ok, the only proble is the size of the product images so I expect the migration resolves this problem
