stradabonsai Posted January 25, 2017 Share Posted January 25, 2017 Hello all After upgrading MySQL version on host server After a new installation of Prestashop version 1.6.1.11 After setting right CHMOD (775 for folders and 664 for files) Access to BO and go to MODULES -> MODULES AND SERVICES ->THEME CONFIGURATOR I try do deactivate the default images from "hook Home" or from "hook TOP" and i get the message 403 FORBIDDEN you dont bla/bla/bla If I try to upload a new image to a product i have a red band with an exclamation point!!!! Well, after clear all, install a different version of Prestashop, the problems remain the same!!! I call my provider, and explain my problem and at phone he try to reproduce the errors...and YES the same problems reappear!! Problem with 950120 Modsecurity rule!! he said. I dont know what it is but... After 5 minutes I regained my site fully functional!!! Well I share this for all, hope you solve like me!
