About migration from Prestashop Cloud

Question

Greetings, I have some doubts about this migration.

 

When we created our online shop we decided to host it using Webempresa (other hosting web provider), instead using "dedicated hosting" provided by Prestashop Cloud. We thought that we didn't have to perform any process or step referring this migration, but the owner of the shop received the e-mail anyway, warning us about the changes of Cloud and "forcing" us to do any of the 3 ways to migrate.

 

Firstly I thought we didn't have to perform anything, but the received e-mail questioned myself if we have to do any step to migrate from Cloud.

 

We've already asked Prestashop Cloud's assistance with no response.

 

Do we have to perform anything referring the migration in case we have already hosted our online shop with "external" hosting provider (Webempresa) ?

and I the same problem I have. I have sent here and 4 days message in help desk and have my answer even while they say that are answered within 72 hours but the result is that the time is shortened to 1 February canceled our page.

Still without response from helpdesk in this case :/

Hello,

 

I have yet to migrate my shop because I have not received a response to the ticket they requested we send to get a zip file of our entire shop to move to a another hosting site. At this point I can not access my back office and haven't been able to do so for about a month now. Please if anyone has an advice or help please let me know. I can not service customers and I'm losing business.
