Error cart_id

I have upgraded a shop from 1.4 to 1.6.

 

Sometimes a customer has an empty cart error when checkout. In the logs I see also an error.

 

In table ps_orders all the old cart_id's are 1 (8909 rows).

I think the problem is there when a customer has two old orders with both id=1 (see image).

 

How can I change all the old cart_id in ps_orders?

The new cart_id begins with 110.
