Creating ecommerce store

I have creating my ecommerce store using prestashop so i want to create some interface for my employee linked to my store

.

- Seller center 

- Call center ( interface for check command form clients  and call ) 

- delivery interface

I am creating my shop I would like to allow all services (customer service, couriers, suppliers) to have their administration interface linked to the online shop and connected to each other. For example when a customer places the order the customer service receives the information he recalls the customer for confirmation after the delivery service take hand. Also given the possibility to suppliers to manage their publication of products on the online shop.   - WHO - Market place - ERP
