sonjasonja Posted January 16, 2017 Share Posted January 16, 2017 When my customers want to order a product and they have to chose a carrier, they can choose from several carriers. Everything works fine when using a desktop. However, when using a mobile, the picture of the carrier and the text regarding the carrier doesn't show up at all (only the price). This is confusing for customers, especially since I have some delivery opties with the same price (using a mobile, the customer can't see the difference between those; he only sees the shipping costs of the carriers, but not the name of the carriers). Turned out that the theme and the One Page Checkout module conflicted in a responsive mode; the theme has a CSS saying to only show pictures and leave out the text, the OPC instructs to only show text and leave out pictures.
