Acces FTP

Bonjour

Je suis a compléter la migration de ma boutique sur PrestaShop Cloud vers un nouvel hôte mais cet hôte me demande plein accès sur le FTP de ma boutique.  Ils demandent a avoir accès a tous ces dossiers pour faire un transfert complet mais je ne les vois pas dans le ftp:

 

backups/
config/
download/ 
export/ 
img/ 
import/ 
mails/ 
modules/ 
override/ 
themes/ 
translations/ 
upload/

 

J'ai présentement accès a MODULES, OVERRIDE et THEMES seulement

 

Y a t-il une manière d'y accéder ou bien ils n'existent tout simplement pas?

Il faut demander le backup à prestashop lisez les différents post qui parle du transfert. Vous trouverez les informations.

Sur le FTP du cloud vous ne voyez pas tous les dossiers. Ce qui est normal vu que le cloud c'est un partage d'une installation entre plusieurs utilisateurs.

 

Vous pouvez demander à prestashop de faire la migration ou de vous donnez le backup des fichiers et dossiers et de la base de donnée.

J'ai déjà les 2 fichiers backups fournis par PrestaShop, mais mon nouvel hôte me dit qu'il est nécessaire d'avoir plein accès au FTP pour le transfert.

S'ils installent PrestaShop sur mon compte, est-ce que je pourrai utiliser mes fichiers backup par la suite pour ne pas avoir a tout reconstruire?

 

ils me donnent la réponse suivante (en anglais):

 

" I have read the entire ticket so far and also made a research on the available options for website migrations from PrestaShop Cloud service to self-hosting environment like ours. 

Unfortunately, it seems that the migration from the Cloud service of PrestaShop to other hosting platforms is not possible, as the PrestaShop service is not offering a full access to the files of the website (i.e. full FTP access), only partial FTP access which does not contain all files and folders and I believe that is the reason why in neither of the backups you have provided to us, there is a full file content of your PrestaShop website. 

They offer only database access and partial FTP from what I can see here:

But that is not sufficient to transfer the website as it is to our server as we need all files and database, in order to do that.

In this case what we can offer you is to install a new PrestaShop on your  account if you wish, and later you can start rebuilding from scratch your Cloud PrestaShop website on our server with it (since we cannot move the remote website as mentioned). "

Est-ce que vous avez demander un backup de votre base de donnée et des fichiers et dossier a prestashop ??

 

Apparemment il ne lis pas tout, sinon il saurait qu'il faut demander un back up des données !!

 

Et vous ? vous avez lu les différents post parlant du transfert des sites ?
