robbiej Posted January 15, 2017 Share Posted January 15, 2017 (edited) I click on the button "+ add new product" in the back office and I get a blank white screen. I've tried to read other white page of death forums and I have not been able to get it to work. Does any one know a way to fix this. I'm not too computer or code savy so if you know how I can do this with step-by-step directions that would be great. Thanks for your help in helping me. Alex Posted October 24, 2019 Share Posted October 24, 2019 (edited) I don't know if you are able to view the server log's. But in that case you could figure out what the problem could be. Just run the page that blanks and open the server log right after. I attached a screenshot of the things you could be seeing in your log, / or what it looks like.
