On BackOffice at categories section, when select all categorie and press delete some child categories not removing from DataBase, I think its prestashops issue, maybe i am make a mistake. Rolige Posted January 12, 2017 Share Posted January 12, 2017 Please don't create multiple threads for one issue, your problem is not a PrestaShop error, otherwise all users would have the same issue, you need turn on the debug mode to see if there is an error in the code, check the error_log and check the information in the performance tab to see if some core file has been removed or modified.
