Problem with contact form (CAPTCHA)

Hi all,

 

I have a PRESTASHOP website and I used to receive many spams.

 

I dont know where they come from but to fight this, I decided to test several things : 

 

I downloaded a module, SLIDE CAPTCHA, it does not appear.

 

I also filled a form on Google to protect my website. Does not work too.

 

I have deleted everything on Google but my products contact forms do not work anymore.

 

I still have the captcha 3 + 2 = ..., i answer but the mails do not come in my mailbox.

 

How can I do?

With the slide captcha did you put the line of code on the .tpl file?

 

I found it works very well.

In fact I have removed everything, and my product "More Informations" contact pages do not work anymore.

 

On each product page, previously i could send an email for asking some informations about the product.*

 

Now, I fill all the fields, i answer the question (for example, 3+2=?), i click on the Send button, i have a confirmation message telliong me that everything is OK, but I never receive the email. Before, everything was going right. I dont understand what happened.

 

My main contact page works perfectly.

 

Could you help me?
