Instellingen klantgroepen werkt niet

Ik wil gebruik maken van de instellingen van klantgroepen. Ik kan deze wijzigen, maar als ik dit doe veranderd er verder niets met de instellingen. Hoe kan ik zorgen dat ik de klantgroepen werkzaam krijg? Moet ik ergens nog iets instellen?

Ik heb het gevonden;


 Check that the customer groups feature is enabled from back office go to -> Advanced Parameters -> Performance -> optional features -> Customer Groups -> Select Yes (note: if grayed out then it’s enabled)


Deze stond nog niet aan.
