Help and beware of Amazon module!

Hi, 

 

i have really bad experience with buying Amazon module (http://addons.prestashop.com/en/marketplaces/2501-amazon-market-place.html). I've saved money for this module for two months and last days i finally bought it. First problems were when i tried to install it, because it counts with that you have prestashop in main languages. So my czech store wasn't worked.

 

I've changed main languages and followed instructions and made it work. It imported few products on Amazon, but products that i don't have and never had! Also all product were incomplete. https://ctrlv.cz/sdr6

 

Then i found out that customers can't order on my store because all payments modules disappeared from ordering process, thanks to Amazon module. And it really slowed down my store. 

 

So i wanted refund because i don't have money to throw it like this. I've paid another 40usd for repait of shop. They told me that i need some technical elements, which i obviously don't have because i've deleted this module and uninstalled it. And i won't do it again to ruin my store once again. 

 

What to do? EU have 14 days return policy and i really don't want this module, because it doesn't work for me.

Okay this is what they wrote, so basically they are lying now because i've sent them all screenshots and they confirmed that module doesn't work with my prestashop language. I'll keep this updated, because this is ridiculous:

We are a technical support, we have to provide you support anyway.
 
 
  • Also your module clearly doesn't work with czech language
 
The module works with all Amazon marketplaces with the language required by the marketlace.

We are a technical support, we didn't sell you the module, if you don't want to provide us the informations our support ask for, you can send an inquiry directly to Prestashop, but they will ask us our records, as in our record there is a support deny (you don't want to provide us the information to help you to sort out the issue) they will reject your demand.

We offer you to provide you a technical support, to each message we sent you, you answered you want a refund ; this is not a constructive behaviour, we are here to help you to solve the problem, this is the goal of a support service, the purpose of a support service is not to provide refunds, the purpose of a free and unlimited support service (as ours) is to bring you solutions. If we don't have any solution you will get a refund, which is absolutely normal.

Good luck for you tomagio, once you buy this module you need to know that you'll have to dive into support often and it might not goes as well as you hope.
In order to get refound you'll have to spend much much time on the support thing.. and each time provide them all the infos, because otherwise you'll have to start again from the begining  as their support is "special", also you'll have to proove them that the module does not work and that it's not your fault, very very difficult as the guy does not read emails fully.

 

At the end you'll might got banned from their support if you don't behave like he would like you to, it happens to some customers already. Funny style of doing buisiness but in Thaïland everything is possible !
