Boas comunidade.

Deparei-me com um erro que não sei bem qual a origem.

O que me acontece é quando na minha loja online o sistema da prestashop envia um email ao cliente (ex: atualização do estado da encomenda), Este email por vezes não é enviado e dá me este erro na minha caixa de email:

Gostaria de saber se este erro é da prestashop ou se algo relativo à minha conta de email.
Já agora, se me podessem ajudar a resolver o problema agradecia.
