I use prestashop cloud, the site is down. What can I do? I opened a ticket but there is a way to understand what has happened quickly? the site: www.profilomoda.com

Edit: The issue has been fixed around 11:00am but as a consequence the platform suffered of the sudden incoming traffic.

It explains that since 11:00, platform has been very slow at displaying web pages. We are still working on stabilizing the infrastructure.

 

Edit: the platform stability issue has been fixed at 3:00pm.
