Knowband Plugins Posted December 7, 2016 Share Posted December 7, 2016 We also had this issue and fixed it with the following steps: - First, we clicked on the 'LATER' button in the popup. - Then clicked on the 'Stop the OnBoarding' button in the left bottom corner (check attached screenshot). In case this doesn't help then you can watch the console of your browser, there might be some error there. Also, check the error log of your server.
