maboiteadessous Posted November 22, 2016 Share Posted November 22, 2016 Hello We are Using Prestashop 1.6.1.4 and since several days (about 1 week) it is very difficult or sometimes impossible to save news or existing product on our backoffice. When we try to save a product, it doesn't write anything (such as error message), but information added are not saved, then we have to do it again and again. Worst, we changed our stock and it hasnt been saved by Prestashop, and customers bought products out of stock !!!! Is it possible to help us please? Rhobur Posted January 4, 2017 Share Posted January 4, 2017 This a problem reported and solved some two months ago, you could have done a bit of research first. Upgrade to 1.6.1.10 will solve your issue. Or, if you want to stick with 1.6.1.4 you'll need to modify manually some files.
